Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frisco, TX. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and ordering assistance to customers - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills - Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment - Knowledge of customer service software and systems - Certification in customer service or a related field - Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, etc.)
