Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product recommendations and service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and technical expertise
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working at arenaflex or a similar organization

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including our loyalty program and promotions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations
