Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers through various channels, and become a product and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
