Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lenexa, KS. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing and tracking customer orders, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process and track customer orders received via fax or email

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales or marketing preferred

• 5 years of customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with order processing and tracking systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field
