POSITION SUMMARY

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service for our guests, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Proactively greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise are key responsibilities of this role. As a Customer Service Outfitter, you'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our values of exceptional service, teamwork, and a passion for the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all guests

  • Proactively greet customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in an outdoor or sporting goods environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
