Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
