Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and promoting our food program
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
  • Interacting with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless store operations

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales acumen, with the ability to upsell and promote products effectively
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with retail and customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
