Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engaging customers and patients by offering assistance with products and services, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays.
- Assisting with inventory management, including checking in and pricing merchandise, and maintaining records.
- Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
- Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to:
- Attend training and complete PPLs (Product, People, and Place) requested by your Manager or assigned by corporate.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your performance and career growth.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- To be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend hours.
- To have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- To have six months of experience in a retail environment (preferably with arenaflex).
- To have prior work experience with arenaflex (preferably in a customer-facing role).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- To have prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- To have knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
- To have experience with inventory management and asset protection procedures.
