Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing multichannel support to our customers, helping them navigate our website and online ordering systems. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns
- Help customers navigate our website and online ordering systems, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Become a product expert, staying up-to-date on our latest offerings and features to provide informed support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
