Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the store

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with technology, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
