Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Providing legendary customer service by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
