Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology.
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms.
