Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to deliver seamless customer experiences. - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries. - Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and online ordering platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. - Developing in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer product, pricing, and shipping questions, providing expert solutions to our customers' needs. - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to deliver legendary service to our customers. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
