Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers to resolve issues, and become a product and solutions expert. We're looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has a strong customer service background, and is passionate about delivering legendary service.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
