Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate on our temporary team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous, fair, and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service or retail preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
