Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Legal Services and Records Management

In this vital role, you'll work with legal records, subpoenas, and client documentation, ensuring every piece of data is accurate and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering legal order data and identifying duplicates or missing information
  • Interpreting legal terminology and transcribing orders correctly
  • Ensuring orders are complete and compliant with billing protocols
  • Managing and updating billing rates tied to specific clients
  • Tracking and responding to requests using Microsoft Outlook
  • Processing legal paperwork for service via fax, mail, courier, or hand-delivery
  • Calculating waiver, due, and order dates with precision
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Providing administrative support to managers, billing, and expeditor teams

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and high typing accuracy (38+ WPM)
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal
  • Familiarity with legal terms, subpoenas, depositions, and affidavits is a plus
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Windows; MR8 experience is a bonus
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment (fax, scanner, copier)
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime

Qualifications

While prior data entry experience is preferred, especially in legal or records-related environments, we're open to training the right candidate. You'll need:

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality work

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role is not a supervisor position.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.80 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
