Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at arenaflex
  • Greeting and welcoming members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex services, programs, and promotions to effectively communicate with members and promote our offerings
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborating with the Club Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest arenaflex initiatives and best practices
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a gym or fitness center environment
