Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their experience with us. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions

Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the collision repair industry
- Interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
