Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote Customer Service Agent: Spanish Speaking to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home with a designated space and internet capability.

Essential Functions

- Ability to manage individual stress/composure

Requirements
* High School Diploma
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Able to Pass a Background Check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
