Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing legendary service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
