Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for administering payments, performing general accounting and compliance functions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless processing of invoices, account coding, and systemic entries. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Administers payments and performs general accounting and compliance functions, including: + Invoice processing + Account coding + Systemic entries + Compliance testing

• Maintains accurate and timely records in MS Excel logs
• Reviews invoices for payment and processing, identifying coding and pricing issues and working with vendors and/or internal teams to resolve
• Utilizes independent discretion to code payments to Oracle accounts and corrects coding errors
• Raises potential issues to management and makes recommendations based on past experiences to solve or develop processes to remediate
• Maintains logs that track costs and spend by project/invoice
• Performs YE accounting functions, including processing and developing accruals
• Processes non-contractual and special project invoices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business-related field preferred

• 8+ years of experience in lieu of college degree
• Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills
• General knowledge of GAAP
• Working knowledge of DocuSign
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Working knowledge of Oracle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with varied contractors
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Lucernex software experience

• Finance college degree
• Oracle experience
