Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Test Center Administrator to join our team in Mentor, OH. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to candidates, test center staff, and other stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient operation of our test centers, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's brand and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, test center staff, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Ensure the smooth operation of test centers, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to senior management as needed. - Collaborate with test center staff to ensure seamless delivery of testing services, including setup, administration, and breakdown of testing sessions. - Promote arenaflex's brand and services through effective communication and relationship-building with customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, testing, and assessment. - Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, test center operations, and performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus. - Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Ability to work in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable attitude. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
