Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay current on industry best practices
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the coatings industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
