Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized solutions that meet their expectations
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints, escalate complex issues, and provide feedback to improve our services

  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience in the food service industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
