Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, quality food, and a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Preparing and serving food, including pizza, sides, and desserts
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Lifting and moving equipment, supplies, and food products as needed
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred

  • At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and some day shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food industry

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
