Your Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
