Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, such as retail, food service, or hospitality

  • Experience with cash handling, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
