Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Educating clients on various insurance products and services, including liability, property, and life insurance
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients
  • Developing and implementing customized insurance plans to meet clients' unique needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry (or a related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a plus, but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • Industry certifications, such as Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health (L&H)
  • Experience working with CRM software and other technology tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $110,000 per year
