Job Summary

As a Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering medical equipment to patients in Sikeston, MO, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver medical equipment to patients in Sikeston, MO, in a timely and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction - Ensure the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment, providing education and support as needed - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and preferences - Maintain accurate records of equipment deliveries and customer interactions - Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical equipment and customer service best practices

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical equipment delivery, or a related field - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Ability to lift and maneuver medical equipment (up to 50 pounds) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a healthcare setting or with medical equipment - Knowledge of medical equipment and its proper use and maintenance - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative) - Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
