Job Summary

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You will work closely with our customers, Partners, and management team to ensure seamless interactions and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with loading and unloading groceries, as well as transporting purchases to their vehicles
• Package groceries and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate product placement
• Participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards, while working in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Partners, and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Physical ability to lift 55 pounds, and manage more than 55 pounds (up to 100 pounds)
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and perform repetitive tasks
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment

• Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and customer service procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
