What You Will Do
As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels: Meet or exceed sales production goals by building relationships with existing customers and soliciting new business.
- Accurate accounting of all currency transactions: Ensure accurate accounting of all currency transactions, including timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system.
- Building and leveraging client relationships: Connect quickly with customers, build relationships, and educate and advise them on which products best fit their needs.
The Perfect Match
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who is:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required): Possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license, or be willing to obtain one.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred: Speak English and Spanish fluently, or be willing to learn.
- Sales or customer service experience: Have experience in sales or customer service, or be willing to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED: Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers: Be able to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills: Possess excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple customers and tasks.
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement: Be motivated by the opportunity for career advancement and income potential.
Skills
