Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their rental or return experience. This is an outdoor combination role, where you will assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include, depending on location, checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return, while providing excellent customer service.

- Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots - Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, process rentals of our loyalty customers, assist customers at our exit gates or check-in our cars at return - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the rental or return experience - Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex products and services - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- Valid Driver's License - Basic computer skills (typing, data entry) - Effective verbal communication skills - Willingness to work outdoors - Flexibility to work all shifts - Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles - Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States - This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Preferred Qualifications

- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a similar role or industry
