Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. You'll work closely with our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive accurate and timely information about their medications and treatment options. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding patient care and service, ensuring that our patients feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely information about medications and treatment options - Assist patients with prescription filling, answering questions about medications, and addressing any concerns they may have - Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for patient care and safety - Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and patient care - Collaborate with other team members to achieve arenaflex's goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Prior work experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably with arenaflex - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently throughout the pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology systems - Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures, including prescription filling and medication management - Experience working with patients with diverse backgrounds and needs, including those with disabilities and limited English proficiency - Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately count and manage cash and inventory - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
