As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their pest control needs. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their pest control concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications
