Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced student worker to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a student worker, you will provide administrative support to our department, including data entry, marketing support, and special projects. This is a 20-hour per week position, ideal for students looking to gain practical experience and build their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, filing, and handling customer requests - Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts - Assist with special projects, such as event planning, research, and data analysis - Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives - Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Essential Qualifications
