Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Licensed to sell insurance products in the state of California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
