Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate IT Business Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Customer Experience team in Alameda, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, understanding their IT needs and preferences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions that meet customer needs - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth - Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases - Work closely with sales teams to ensure that customer IT needs are aligned with sales strategies and goals - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and IT usage - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement IT projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 2+ years of experience in IT business relationship management or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and opportunities - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience with IT project management and implementation - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5+ years of experience in IT business relationship management or a related field - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies - Experience with data analytics and reporting tools - Certification in IT service management or a related field
