Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Kenosha, WI branch. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time, overnight position, offering a competitive hourly rate and significant growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
