Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

- Develop expertise in arenaflex's products and solutions to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
