Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a retail environment

* Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field

  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and loss prevention strategies

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
