Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect items, offering fashion advice and recommendations when needed
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles
- Processing sales transactions, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles, with the ability to provide fashion advice and recommendations to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Reliable transportation to and from work, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Part-time, 10-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with the ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the store
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be an asset in this role:
- Previous retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store displays
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
