Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Research Participant, you will be responsible for completing various tasks, micro-tasks, and research studies from the comfort of your own home. You will have the flexibility to work at your own pace, choose your own hours, and select from a variety of studies that suit your interests and skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete data entry tasks, including surveys, product testing, and online focus groups

• Participate in research studies, including product testing, market research, and user experience testing
• Use your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and studies
• Communicate with arenaflex team members via email, phone, or video conferencing
• Maintain accurate records and follow instructions carefully
• Meet deadlines and complete tasks on time

Requirements

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory

• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Ability to use webcam and smartphone for studies

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

• Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
