Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, using Microsoft Word and Excel as necessary
- Collaborate with research teams to identify data trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
- Communicate effectively with research participants, stakeholders, and team members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance data entry skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, statistics) preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with data entry software (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device for remote work
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support
