Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling external and internal calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and respond to all external and internal calls for the Atlantic City region, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person, using active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as hotel operations and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and customer interactions simultaneously
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment industry setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., hospitality, tourism)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
