Job Summary
The Financial Counselor (Customer Services) position plays a critical role in supporting the reduction of Accounts Receivable (AR) and improving patient satisfaction. As a Financial Counselor, you will be responsible for communicating with patients and their families to resolve billing and insurance-related issues, ensuring that patients understand their financial obligations and making arrangements for payment. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with patients and their families to resolve billing and insurance-related issues
- Explain financial obligations and make arrangements for payment
- Work closely with patients to resolve issues related to insurance coverage, billing, and payment

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers

Essential Qualifications
* Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare administration) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient accounting or customer service
