Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing sales price approvals and providing timely estimates to customers
  • Assisting the Customer Service Supervisor with information and guidance as needed
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role in the packaging or manufacturing industry

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
