Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer
- Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
- Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
- Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- A willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with arenaflex
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior work experience with arenaflex
