Job Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
• Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
• Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system
• Connecting quickly with customers, building and leveraging relationships, and educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Effective and efficient use of computers and systems
• Sales or customer service experience
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
