Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in Spartanburg, SC. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, conducting online surveys and focus groups, and participating in product testing initiatives. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct online surveys and focus groups, following instructions and guidelines provided by our research team
- Participate in product testing initiatives, providing feedback and insights to inform product development
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our research methodologies and tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and research
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, psychology) preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
