Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in USA, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via live chat, phone, or email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, or email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior support agents or management as needed
- Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as required
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell arenaflex products and services, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a technology or software industry
